Meet The Team

We specialise in the assessment and treatment of developmental trauma and attachment difficulties.

Chrysalis Associates are a multi-disciplinary therapeutic team of professionals drawn from the fields of clinical and counselling psychology, occupational therapy, art therapy and family therapy.

We specialise in the assessment and treatment of developmental trauma and attachment difficulties and are registered by Ofsted as an Adoption Support Agency. We offer services both to individual children, to their carers and families, and to organisations working to promote young people’s wellbeing.

Services

Assessment

We provide comprehensive, specialist assessments of children by our multidisciplinary team, led by our Assessment Lead and overseen by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. We provide assessments for children and adults through the whole age range, with a detailed report for commissioners, parents/carers, and school.

We provide a number of therapies aimed at helping children with developmental trauma to trust and heal. Our therapy team are highly experienced and able to adapt their model to every family’s need.
